The Flashboard™
Planning to the Power of the Team

Using the Flashboard

The Flashboard applies the power of the team to the problem of planning.
  • Job estimates can be put into an Excel spreadsheet.
  • A strip for each step in a job is printed.
  • The length of a strip shows the time estimate for that step.
  • Strips snap into tracks on the Flashboard.
  • The team works out the best plan.
  • Changes are scanned back into the spreadsheet.
  • You know when work is "due out".
