How to Plan by Walking Around

· Show your plans on large display boards in the areas where people are working. Each board has the plan for that area in the form of movable strips.

· Walk to the area, talk to the key people

· Move the strips until everybody agrees to the plan..

· Use our patented bar code technology to scan the changes off the planning board into your PDA/Phone.

· Walk to the other areas, repeat the process.

· Walk back to your desk. Plug your printer into your PDA/Phone.

· Verify and adjust the changes on the PDA using our FlashBoard ™ program. Print new and changed bar coded strips.

· Walk back to the areas and, meeting with the key people again, refine the plan. Scan new changes off the board.
